During this time, it is still our aim to provide your pets with high quality care and will remain open (with afterhours available 24/7).

However, we just kindly ask that all members of the public take into consideration the safety of others when visiting us by following social distancing guidelines.

If you are visiting us for a consultation, please consider remaining in your car and giving us a call on 3374 1477 to alert us of your arrival. A member of our team will come to you and collect your animal (we will use our own leads and disinfectant the handles of cat carriers). Your pet will then be taken into the clinic where a vet will perform a thorough health check. The supervising vet will then give you a call to discuss their findings and treatment plan. A nurse will then organize with you eftpos payment over the phone and bring your pet back to you. 

This service is also available for the collection of medications and food – we just ask that you call ahead to schedule a collection time. This will allow us to organize everything and reduce waiting time. 

Nevertheless, we do understand in some situations you may need to enter the clinic. If so, please kindly stand behind the red tape to allow for social distancing and avoid touching, or placing any objects on the front desk. We will also now be leaving the front door open. Please keep this in mind when bringing your pets to us and ensure that they are secured at all times (e.g. dogs on leads and cats in carriers). 

We also have hand sanitizer available for everyone to use when visiting us. We strongly encourage the use of it upon entering and leaving the clinic.

We understand how stressful this time can be and we would like to assure all our clients that we are doing everything possible to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. We would also like to thank you all in advance for your consideration of others during this time. If we all work together, we can achieve our goal of keeping each other safe and continue to provide support for your fur babies.
